Energy Consumptions_ What would you give up to reduce the energy consumption in public utilities?

What do you think about?
According to your opinion, are there any other reasons to support this questions apart the following ones?

•Heating/ air conditioning on public transport;

•Street lighting during some night times ;

•A temperature below 1°C in schools and sport utilities during winter time and to use air conditioning systems during the summer time not below 25 C°;

•Elevators and escalators in public buildings (except disable people);

•I would introduce systems for the reduction of the thermo wastes in the buildings planning;

•Other?
